Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Intensifying Mascara in Blackest Black and Very Sexy Eyeliner in Sparkling White!

Hi, beauties! It's been a week again, and honestly, I had a very busy one. Whew. I actually have lots of stories of my adventures to tell you, but, as you know, this blog of mine is also a school activity, and I need to submit my published article before midnight, so I guess the stories can wait. LOL

Oh, and BTW, these babies are given to me (or my mom, not really sure, but yeah, whichever way works -- they're still mine. He-he) by my Uncle Angel and Auntie Myrna from California. Thank you so much po!

If you know me personally, you'll know that I'm the type of girl who prefers to wear long and thick lashes as my eyes' highlights, rather than wear a black liner or anything that outlines the eyes.

So, without further ado, let me introduce you the Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Intensifying Mascara in Blackest Black!

As you can see below, the brush isn't very much unique. I mean, it only goes with ordinary bristles, form, and shape. So to give you a head-start, this mascara goes only for a natural look. Unfortunately, it doesn't "intensify" as much as its name said, but that's actually the beauty of it, it can suit your everyday look, well!

These items were given to me without the box package, so I wasn't able to see if there's even a list of ingredients indicated on the box, and from the very item, unfortunately, the ingredients didn't show also.

So, I'm just gonna tell you how the carbon or ink worked for me!

As the black ink coats, it actually gave a thickening look on my lashes. Even so, I can't say that it is clump-free, because it was not able to define each lash very well.

For me, the fast-drying formulation is good, unless I mislead the wand and it touches my skin--we all know how hassle it is to erase an ink residue around your eyes.

Fortunately, I did not lose any lash with this baby! Ha-ha!

The picture above shows you the difference that the mascara made with my lashes. It doesn't do a very dramatic one, but if you're aiming for an everyday natural make-up look, this is a thumbs-up!

And now... let's move on to: Victoria's Secret Very Sexy Sparkling White Eyeliner!

This sparkling white eyeliner is a must whenever I'm in the mood of adding a little glam to my eyes. It can still pass for an everyday look, just don't put too much.

I love how this liner is actually creamy, so it can be easily applied, especially in outlining my lower eyelid, which is somehow watery most of the time.

With micro glitters in it, true enough, this beauty does, sparkle!

Surprisingly, the effect of this gorg eyeliner is super obvious--it brightened up my eyes like a bomb!

Combine the two together, your everyday fresh and natural eye make-up routine will be given a new and extra-exciting appeal! <3

For me, it's a busy and productive one due to our recent school activities.

'Good thing that I know how to erase the trace of stress from my face! How? Simply by taking care of my skin, hair, and whole body!

I've shown you how I pamper my face and skin with the products that I usually use. In severe cases of stress, I also go to spas to have a Diamond Peel Treatment (and it's usually an all-expense paid courtesy of my mommy, I am a lucky daughter :D), and I save my allowance to be able to pay for a massage.

So today, I'm gonna show you which products I use to maintain a "good hair day", despite all the toxic that this environment gives me, so I can just say, "Just bring it on, world!" :D

So clearly, this is not a sponsored post. And yes, I'm aware that I'm combining products of different brands in one post. Please bear with me because in this way, you will better understand how I meticulously choose the products that I think will be the best for me.

The combination of these hair products is all I need to take care for my color-treated hair, protect my hair from the damage that my almost-constant hair styling does, and as treatment for the dryness that my hair gets from the chemicals and all the styling activities.

PANTENE COLOR AND PERM LASTING CARE SHAMPOO

Yay:

Pantene claims that this beauty contains Keratin Damage Blockers or Liquid Crystal Technology that helps repair chemically-damaged hair. I am no scientist to explain how it should work, but I can say that this "scientific-sounding" ingredient is no joke. It has been almost seven weeks since I colored my hair, and I'm actually expecting the color to fade by this time. But surprisingly, using this shampoo even made my hair color brighter and more visible!

Nay:

My hair feels dry after I use it, so the use of conditioner after shampoo is a must.

PANTENE COLOR AND PERM LASTING CARE CONDITIONER

Yay:

With almost the same ingredients as the shampoo, the Liquid Crystal technology of this beauty is said to form a thin film around the hair fiber that protects the hair from losing its natural protective layer, which the harmful chemicals from hair colors and perms does. Another beautiful thing with this is the fresh and smooth feeling on my hair whenever I apply it. It's feels like my hair is having more volume and I'm always having the feeling that I just had a hair spa treatment!

Nay:

Some girls want the scent of their shampoo or conditioner to last. Unfortunately, the smell of these babies does not actually stay on hair. But fortunately for me, I would rather smell only of my own perfume than smell with different scents of soaps, shampoos or conditioners, mixed with my cologne.

PANTENE PRO-V 3-MINUTE MIRACLE

TOTAL DAMAGE CARE

Yay:

The Terminal Amino Silicone is the key ingredient that the Pantene 3-Minute Miracle claims to have in them that can actually cure your damaged hair in 3 minutes. I may not be a chemist, but as what my hair looks like now, I can say that the three minutes of rubbing this beauty on my hair really helped me to lock in moisture and shine to my hair that it can actually discipline my stubborn curly baby hair. And it maybe also because of the Panthenyl Ethyl Ether that is always present in Pantene products and is used to add moisture for it is also a source of vitamin B5, in most days, I no longer need to tame my curly baby hairs with my straightening iron!

Nay:

I can't actually think of a "Nay" right now. This beauty is almost perf! Even so, I just recently found out that a 3-Minute Miracle for Color and Perm is now available in stores. I may try it and compare which of the two does better for my hair. I'll update you with the results!

CREAMSILK WEEKLY VITAMIN TREATMENT

So far, I think this beauty is the cheapest of its kind. What I mean is, among all the "weekly vitamin treatment" that hair care products offer, this is the best product so far that didn't hurt my pocket. Unfortunately, I can't tell any result of dryness-free,if it does any to my hair, from right after wash. Even so, I believe that the Sunflower Seed Oil that is rich in vitamins like A, B, C and E and minerals like calcum, iron, and potassium, helps in maintaining my hair ultra dry-free, unlike how it used to be after my recent hair coloring activity.

Nay:

I am still in search of a weekly treatment that will suit me perfectly, because I still haven't achieved the type of hair and the kind of hair healthiness that I desire.

Burt’s Bees Refreshing Lip Balm with Pink Grapefruit

Tired and chappy lips no more! :)

Before I used the Burt's Bees Refreshing Lip Balm with Pink Grapefruit, my lips are all chappy and fine lines are ultra visible, I guess because of my constant use of not-so-natural lippies. Unfortunately, it doesn't look good, especially in photos.

So when I got the chance to shop at SampleRoom, I know that I'm definitely going for a skin care. At the time, it's the only goodie that I can get for a hundred points, so I immediately grabbed the beauty goodie.

Due to excitement, that is triggered more by the sassy packaging of #SampleRoomPH, and the cute note as shown below, as soon as I've opened the package, I did not think twice of trying it ASAP after I took the mandatory shots for the blog. LOL :D Haha.

The pink grapefruit that is rich in Vitamin A, lycopene, and carotene, it undoubtedly gives a refreshing feeling for the lips, and its richness in fiber also makes the skin glow, thus the cure for the tired skin.

Aside from its main ingredient, this baby also has sunflower seed oil that is rich in Vitamin E which is an antioxidant that can help in regeneration of cells, coconut oil that keeps lips smooth and protects it from cracking, and castor oil that stimulates the production of collagen for anti-aging.

Hi beauties! I've been dying to share to you guys, the perfect make-up and beauty essentials that goes along with each other so well.

The first one of the series is here: it's the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Copenhagen and Transylvania!

Sunny or rainy, I think this lippies are the beauties that can suit your style any kind of day. The maroon and deep violet shades are the best to bring out your badass/rebel look!

Aside from the fact that I'm a total Vampire wannabe, I love these babies because it is very easy to apply. The applicators of any Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream is furry and soft, therefore it absorbs the formula so well, making it very easy to cover your lips. These beauties can last for 3-4 hours for me, for I always eat snacks and drink liquids almost every hour. If I'm not eating so much, these babies last on my lips for more than five hours.

Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in Copenhagen

This maroon in warm undertone can definitely pass for an everyday bad-ass look! If you want to add some character to your aura, this is the perfect shade for you.

Two to three coats is enough to cover the whole lips. It depends on how chappy or soft your lips are, to know how many strokes you have to do to even out the color.

Nyx Soft Matte Lip Cream in Transylvania

The search is over for the lippie that can achieve my dream vampire look! I just noticed that this dark beauty really get along with my black tee, so maybe you can try out the combination, too. He-he-he.

Anyway, maybe because of the reason that the color is really deep and violet-ish, I needed to be extra careful not to overcoat my lips, and not to make it exceed the real outline of my lips. This lippie has a wonder of creating its own outline on my lips when applied, so stroking the applicator on the inside of my lips before the formula dries, really helps to evenly apply the color to my whole lips.

BLENDED!

To contour my lips, I applied the Transylvania first and then covered my inner lips with the Copenhagen. The resulting color is actually a mixture of both colors, but the pure Transylvania color did the outline of the lip contour, while the Copenhagen color appeared as the highlight of the lips.
